Scott Kloeck-Jenson Fellowship

Thank You for 24 Years of Support

After 24 years, we regretfully announce that the Scott Kloeck-Jenson (SKJ) Fellowship has been discontinued.

We are truly grateful to Scott Kloeck-Jenson’s family for the 24 years of support of graduate research and internships in a diverse range of fields related to international social justice. Between 2000 and 2024, SKJ Fellowships were awarded to over 200 students through the SKJ Pre-Dissertation Travel Fellowships to support overseas travel to field research sites and the SKJ International Internship Fellowships to support graduate students to undertake practitioner internships.

If you are looking to explore alternative funding opportunities, including the IRIS Summer Fieldwork Awards, please contact Sarah Linkert in the IRIS Awards Office at awards@iris.wisc.edu. Further information can also be found at the IRIS Awards website: https://iris.wisc.edu/funding/.

Thank you once again to all of the SKJ applicants, fellows, and fellowship supporters over the years for making these foundational experiences possible.
